Our Story
Two mates who worked together in various hospitality companies decided to start their own business. An opportunity presented itself – the property where they met, and they used to work in together became available… it was too good to turn down! From this Slices was born – with a quest to feed people bottomless pizza – with a combination of classic and unique flavours, one slice at a time.
Our Aim
To provide high quality pizza, using high quality ingredients from Italy. Our dough is made fresh in house every morning. Using high quality flour, we cut, weigh and roll each day. Our sauce is an old family recipe from a friend born and raised in Sicily. We blitz our tomatoes in house with a few secret touches to make it unique. Our meats are sliced in house, and we only use the best quality mozzarella direct from Italy.
